U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt checked out the Harvey Mine in Sycamore, Pa., April 14, 2917, to meet coal miners and reveal EPA’s Back-to-Basics program. The program enhances Administrator Pruitt’s dedication to refocusing EPA on its designated objective, returning power to the states, and developing an environment where tasks can grow.
